This spacious accommodation which has recently been modernised, compromises of 5 large bedrooms, a 100sq.m lounge/dining room with wood burning fire & patio doors to front terrace, 3 bathrooms (two with bath and shower, one with shower only), multiple terraces, landscaped gardens and a recently refurbished heart shaped swimming pool.

The villa is upmarket & luxurious with all the comforts of home. Included in the villa is a satellite TV, video, DVD and hi-fi system with internal external speakers. It has a large fitted kitchen comprising of fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, iron and ironing board & hairdryer. Mosquito nets are fitted to all windows and doors.

There is a large front terrace which is partly covered and overlooks the gardens and pool, which is ideal for dining al fresco, with gas barbecue and tiled open planned preparation area as well as a large roof terrace with amazing views.

There is also a poolside shower, and a summerhouse for the children in the garden. There is a separate laundry room and a large garage. A wide spiral staircase from the entrance hall goes up through the tower to the first floor accommodation. There are 3 balconies to the upstairs rooms at the front with stunning views to the pool set against the mountain ranges behind. The master bedroom with large en suite is out of this world. With a balcony and super king sized bed. The other four bedrooms have one king size, one double 2 single beds and one sofa bed. All bedding and linen is provided.
