Ground floor luxury apartment with generous patio area, overlooking pool and Jacuzzi. The apartment consists of a double bed, plus a z-bed in the main bedroom with TV and video, hairdryer and an en suite bath/shower. The living area has a double and a single sofa bed, Satellite TV, hi-fi and video with a second shower and WC available.

The sofa beds all have spring mattresses for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All linen is included, but not beach towels.

Sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.

The complex has a natural heated pool with in-pool bar, heated children’s pool, heated poolside Jacuzzi, central Television system. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and landscaped gardens with generous patio areas.

It is the norm to service the apartment only between changeovers or at the end of a week, for those residing longer there will be an additional charge which will be quoted upon request. The washing machine and dishwasher can be used at no additional charge.

The apartment also comes with private underground parking.
